Software Solutions Services provides subscription-based landing page creation and hosting services. By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We offer:

• AI-assisted landing page creation
• Static landing site hosting
• Domain management
• Ongoing hosting and maintenance during an active subscription

All landing sites are static (no databases or dynamic backends).

• Services are billed monthly via subscription
• Payment is required to keep your landing site active
• If a subscription is cancelled or payment fails:

• Hosting will be suspended
• The landing site may be taken offline
• No refunds

• Domain management, including DNS configuration and maintenance, is provided as part of your active subscription
• If a subscription is cancelled, domain management services will be discontinued and the landing site will be taken offline

This protects both parties and ensures service continuity.

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraud, scams, or misleading content
• Harmful, abusive, or offensive material

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.

We provide services “as is”. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service outages

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payments are not made
• Terms are violated
• Required by law

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
